Legal
By using Aura — whether as a helpee seeking guidance or a helper offering it — you agree to the following. These rules exist to keep the platform safe, anonymous, and trustworthy for everyone.
All communication, sessions, and payments must happen on the Aura platform. You will not move conversations to any external app or channel.
You will not share or request any personal contact information — including phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, UPI IDs, or any other external identifier. Our system automatically detects and blocks such attempts.
Helpers will not solicit, redirect, or arrange to continue with students outside Aura. Helpers earn only through Aura's payment system; circumventing it is strictly prohibited.
Any achievements, ranks, or credentials you share must be truthful and verifiable. Helpers must provide genuine proof during application.
Helpee payments are held securely until the session is rated. Helpers receive their share after the helpee rates the session. Full refunds apply for unresolved sessions within the stated window.
